Chaya, no problems at all, appreciate your help for another poster. I agree with you, it is very easy to find the details yourself if you know where to look. What you say is correct, if you value your own investments it's always best to trawl through company announcements. I have found on many occasions the number of shares officially listed doesn't match up with the truth, for example, if there are convertible note deals etc etc. There's a lot of misrepresented information, particularly at the speculative end of town.
