    Buffett is still regarded as a god.

    Before this is all over he will become a laughing stock IMO.

    Anyone that believes that an attitude to investing or any other part of civilisation or development or political view can be rigid is due for extinction.

    Survival of the fittest means the ability to adapt.

    Yes, the dinosaur was king for a long time but in the end dissappeared.

    Joe Granville was the king of the 1960's because he believed in ranging markets and shorted every top and bought every bottom while the market was going nowhere.

    Buffett was the king of buy and hold in the 1974 to 2000(2007) bull market.

    Buy and hold will be king again, but not for some time.

    Trading the ranges until at least 2013 here and probably 2017 in the US is the game.

    By that time Buffett will be no longer around and while his earliest share holders may be satisfied, the late comers will curse his name.
