MDL is very close. Meeting with regulators next week (from memory of ann) to finalise all updates to MDL to ensure it all goes ahead with no issues. But no issues are expected.

Also affiliate to NY investment company provided 2mil of financing to more the bauxite project forward without need to go to capital markets for funding. Previously conditional on achieving MDL but now have re-negotiated to funding going unconditional.

I THINK thats essentially it in a nutshell, unless i've missed something somewhere...
