Shorting was insignificant (from %3-5% over the last 3 days) and no substantial holdings changes. So who are these sellers? Is it the work of a predator, trying to push the sp down to make a low-ball take-over offer?
The way I read the strong buying today is: instos want to get in before the predator puts the offer on the table or at least sending the message to the manipulators "stop the selling bullshit, we have had enough, stop fooling around, the company worth multiple of $435mil.....".
I reiterate my belief: the only lithium resource company that is suitable for M&A activity left in this space is KDR, with no hands tied to off-take agreements, and with lithium potential 3-4 times bigger than PLS's resource. Big boys don't want to take over a small resource company. Only KDR fits their agenda and scope for an acquisition.
