I'm anything but new to BUL and I can see no reason for the sudden rise other than, as per my last post, that someone knows something. Of course if there is more like you that are new then the groundhog day cut and paste announcement may be having a short term effect. So there could be:

1. A pump and dump in progress.

2. New interest impressed by the cut and paste.

3. Someone knows something.

4. After all these years, day by day, we are getting closer to commercialisation, either with a sale of assets or a sale of gas via a pipeline that is built by a service company.

Combine 3 and 4 and maybe someone knows something is being negotiated. End result good.

Combine 1 and 2 and end result bad.

Time will tell. The fact that the rise is still with us today makes 3 the most likely.
