I think the point isn’t that everyone can see what a jewel WL is now. It wasn’t that obvious when CWP acquired it. I think the same can be said of a number of recent acquisitions including Kedron/Wooloowin in SE Queensland and possibly the additional Baldivis land which was literally acquired at the bottom of the cycle.

The frustrating thing for me holding this (despite nice returns since I’ve been on board) is how the market just doesn’t understand the story. I mean I am fairly confident that CWP is trading at a hefty discount to liquidating value of assets currently! And that for a stock that has been growing earnings for many years consistently with very little leverage for a developer...
