Having participated in the CR at 3c, I need the valuation of the company to reach $90mil valuation with no further dilution just for me to break even. That number will easily become $300mil valuation as the company will require more capital to proceed anything.
Thus technically, ECT needs to become a multibillion dollar unicorn for many of the other investors to JUST see their money back.
If that's not an insane thought I don't know what is.
We have 0 assets that even warrant any of those valuations either...
Atleast for the sake of 88E they have lots of brokers and intuitional money that moves around... ECT has absolutely nothing apart from fluff & dust. Fluff as in tech nobody on the this planet cares about & dust which is about to be the bank balance as they struggle to raise any capital with a track record of significant losses.
