imo they will raise the necessary funds for ECT and also funds for the JV project finance, they will build the plant and generate real dollars. This will be the foundation from which they can expand further into the ag sector but importantly allow them pursue the other techs from a position of financial strength.

If any of that was true surely they would have offtake agreements lined up? Not just a JV with a $2 shelf company?
Offtakes were meant to happen 6 months ago. Where is this market demand?
