    Both the Chinese (global) investors and Australian (domestic) investors from other states have only just begun investing in QLD. Their impact will not be evident in the data for at least another 6 months.

    Any one thinking about buying in Brisbane? The time to act is now.

    NB: I don't own property in Brisbane.
