    Very surprising really. I got the impression that MBA left for two reasons basically:


    (1) Too much debt following the manner of the APRR and ITR bids

    (2) Dissatisfaction with the potential size of the base fees that will be paid following the increase in size of MIG's capitalisation


    Well what happens....MBA are back in MIG?


    Nice work for the brokers
