Boost in use, page-19

Hi keen as. I bought original iq buds for my father, when I noticed he didn't wear them he said they didn't work. I picked them up and sure enough they did not charge, case did but not the buds. (bought too long ago to chase a replacement) I took the opportunity to buy the iq boost at a discount a week or so ago. they turned up and one of the buds does not charge. so that is 2/2 not working for me at this stage. I wrote to Nuheara and asked them to ring me to discuss. I am a very early holder of NUH and still have them. unless I get a satisfactory response I will have to move on I'm afraid. has anyone else heard of this problems and was it sorted? I really want these to work as I know they will help my dad who can hear but not in noisy environments....that is why I invested in the first place.
