Hi Truewireless, the tips you have proposed I tried and still had the issue of one bud not charging. I had a long conversation with a Nuhera rep yesterday and I am very satisfied with how they have handled this which is very comforting as someone holding shares. Look forward to getting the replacement and see how they work for my dad. I will do the hearing test on myself first to see what it comes up with. Cheers, Arthur.
