Takes a big man.

For me (and I don't mind a drink or twenty), I try and have 2 separate months (usually ends up being 4 weeks rather than a calander month) being totally dry. Usually after xmas (Feb is a good one as it is both 4 weeks and a month) and sometime in Aug-Sep depending on what's on (grand finals and the like don't make good times to be dry). And I tell everyone, so that I can't cheat and my mates won't tempt me as they know what I am doing and usually respect it. Even had a few mates start doing the same.

It's not as hard as you would think.
