How do we close branches with the franchise model? If we want to keep up with the big 4, we need to lower costs and the only way to do that is to close (minimise) branches.
When is BOQ going to launch an on-line only product that is .01% cheaper than anyone else with a decent broker incentive.
Branches are for old school deposits, not writing loans. Unfortunately old school depositors wont move from the big 4, even if you pay more on a term deposit, so bite the bullet. close branches and make strides in loans
