Its the unknown and the fact that a lot of the normal demand has been taken up by the placement and the SPP. The Insto's and Sophs paid $7.78 ($250 m) and then the SPP went @ $7.27 the next month. I am not surprised that many have sold out or down - whilst the market has been climbing they just took a 6.5% loss. The one manager I know hasn't even mentioned this stock since then - other than to say they took some in the placement.
Not even matching WBC is a bit of a strange one.
Until we see the new plan I think this stock will just drift...
