    I agree that its unlike to happen but if say something happens to the economy/property market & 20% of the loans are unpaid or so. Both BEN & BOQ will be almost wiped out and both their notes will be $0 as debt holders/banks will want to get their money first.

    Also BEN is in a court case where if it loses it may need to raise more capital or something that will effect the notes, but in saying that it will likely win the case.

    BOQ has already not paid up in their previous issue by forcing holders to be rolled over and not be able to redeem, it could be not redeemed for ever although you can sell it now.

    Its unlikely but lets say what are the chances they won't pay up?

    CBA 0.5%
    SUN 1%
    BEN 3%
    SUN 5%

    I would rather be holding CBA & SUN and take on less risk

    I will rank then as SUN, CBA, space BEN space BOQ
