Where typically does the small investor stand ,when Seven holdings has a controlling interest in the shares and informs the market it will not be paying $7.40 for a share over the next 12 months.It also can increase by 3% its holdings every 6 months
Is it likely that the share price will reduce, liquidity will be less ,and through whatever mechanism used by new management ,the small investor could be worse off. eg perhaps the assets are stripped from Boral
