There was a takeover attempt of NZO in 2019.. Not sure what % of the shares OGOG owned before or now, but the share price has rarely got to what the offer price was back then - and I don't think has gone above it. Trading volumes are pretty low now and price just trailing away it seems..
I can see liquidity drying up on this too. Not sure what MQG are doing with their 6 or so %.
Despite the board saying the offer is materially below the valuation price - it's only 11 to 23% above the offer price. With the risk of low liquidity, and Seven saying they won't buy at over 7.40 for the next year, there are likely better returns elsewhere...
Think I've convinced myself to accept too.. Although there have been better sell prices on market in the last couple days.
