Personally I'd be surprised if either SGC OR XST were to come out of TH tomorrow, instead I think they'll be in Voluntary Suspension.
The reason being that they need to wrap up the funding, and from a practical point of view its quite a tight timeframe, unless they already had the investors lined up previously.
Perhaps someone who has been offered a part of the raise can tell us when they received the invite - I do recall a poster yesterday mentioning the IM was not due out until last night.
