No, I've not been involved whatsoever with either CR. I'm just considering the practicalities of raising substantial amounts by both companies with just a 2 day window to complete the raise.
I really hope they do open tomorrow, but want everyone eagerly awaiting their opening (same as me) not get deflated nor question whether its happening. I'm sure things will get done, but by tomorrow I'm not sure.
