Asset Loans Limited chaired by Rob Borbidge has launched action to shut down a consumer protection website. The site in question is found by using Yahoo or MSN and typing AssetLoanCo.
Borbidge's company are not taking defamation action...rather they are using internet rules claiming the site breaches trade mark laws.
The site has hit back by starting another and alleging that directors stole papers. Allegations of a sex tour also appear on the site.
Meanwhile Borbidge's company shares traded at 35 cents down 15% from 45 cents in one day.
