Must not forget that Gillard was building a security fence around Weipa Barracks when she said she believe in offshore detention centers just before the last election as reported by "The Cairns Post ".
Gillard had NO intentions of having offshore centers.
You can't believe a word that she says,just watch what Gillard does to know her intent.
