What the left and the right of politics, and especially on this forum, don't understand is that there a lot of moderates who would like to see a more centrist leader in the Liberal party. Or a leader of the Labor party who isn't beholden to the union bosses. I suspect that if Turnbull did become leader of the Libs the lefties would immediately start digging up the Grech afair. After all, wasn't it Eagle who used to call him Turnball!
