I dont see Turnbull as moderate at all, just puts on a pretense for political purposes...

Besides, either Turnbull is too dumb to figure out by now that the AGW-hoax is a hoax, or it is part of his political ideology to burden Australians with this ridiculous carbon-dioxide based cash-extraction structure...
