a few things to remember
China needs its REEs to convert all incandescent light bulbs to LEDS over the next few years
China needs the REE's for other green technologies = as it realises that it cannot keep burning fossil fuels forever
China also IS shutting down many of the back yard REE operators as they are illegal and highly pollutant
China needs REE's for all the new electronics its making
All in all I would say that Lynas has enough room to grow in the REE business
Now if we can just get rid of the Bankster.
