Doubtful they'll get permit in August. But hopefully not long after. Today, permitting have responded (2nd doc in list below) "no concerns" with the resubmitted Oil & Gas Development Plan (OGDP)!! And checked of the "Reviwed and Approved by Permitting" checkboxes in the submissions portal!
So, next steps (hopefully quite quickly): • Completeness determination (others have been within 1 day) • Publish notice of hearing and public petition time (usually 1 month from that date) • Concurrent review by OGLA (Location Permit) - they've already commented that map amendment is good • Concurrent review of Drilling Permit • Director recommendation to Commision • Hearing Mid Sept ? Early Oct? • Vroom, clank, bang, whir, "ooh, aah!!" •
