I know right. They should be keeping us better informed about what they're up to. I, for one, would like to know how much of the 1-2 months between each amended submission is the COGCC not knowing what to do vs BNL staff sitting around doing stuff-all. A lot of the amendments were very minor, so I can't see why it took so long to make the changes and review the changes.
It'll be almost 12 months since the "The Company has staked Enterprise and is working closely with the regulator to progress permitting" announcement.
oh, and what about the rolling permits - nothing yet other than "we've commenced thinking about preparing the information that will be required at the time when we decide to submit" - or words to that effect. A good way to not commit to anything
