However its meaningful/structual changes to the decision making process this coy needs - and fast.

We have just seen three long standing directors depart, I dont see it as sinister - more a convenient departure for some older gents....some with serious health problems apparently.

Next Mon - ECT will have 2 directors. Carter and Davies.

Mike seems like a great addition.

Fact is - neither have the technical Coldry/Matmor background to convince anyone - let alone a financier to back the DFT....especially in the short term - which obviously ECT need.

Carter has been a director for years - but holds ZERO shares. What does that tell you? Yet he now holds the reigns....for now... Not healthy.

A measure of a directors worth is his ability to generate news flow . Plenty of holders here have vented at the constant lack of news flow.

I believe that situation will not change unless Kos is appointed as a Director effective immediately.

Big statement - but I'm utterly convinced thats the ONLY way forward if s/holders want ESI to exist as a listed coy and the techs are to be commercialised.

Kos has the complete backing of the Management team - Adam and Ashley. What does that tell you? These guys are the real nuts n bolts of the coy. Great indication when ALL the management are happy. IMO - ECT Management would want Kos on the Board asap....to accurately reflect their work.

Kos (and team) works relentlessly for the coy's interests - and I honestly believe his and his teams work largely goes unnoticed.

The Board just stated they are looking for "Independent Directors"

What!! We dont want "independent"... just had that with the director can't buy stuff.

Frankly, this company desperately needs the technical/hands on direction of Kos at this time. An Independent Director will not have the background knowledge that Kos has. ECT is at a critical point and it makes sense that Kos is appointed to provide the balance ECT needs.

In hindsight - its clear to me Kos should have have been appointed 2 years ago.

So tell me - WHY - in this dark hour would the present Board (Carter/Davies) NOT appoint the most knowledgeable person of the coy/tech to the Board effective immediately to provide some balance??

I and other decent sized holders will be MOST disappointed if the Board does not appoint Kos effective immediately.
