Well it looks like the bot is back. Yes the same bot which we saw for the years coinciding with the sell down. It tells us that somebody with money is keen on accumulating or keen on taking the share price somewhere (up or down). Why today of all days? I wonder who is behind it?
Algorithmic trading can be very effective in moving the share price in the absence of news. What the bot doesn't know is that the entire share registry is made up of limpets who have been to the edge and back without letting go. Unfortunately for the bot, panic selling (which is it's favourite dish) is not it will find here.
