    FDAapprovals so far:

    5years agoApple, FitBit and Samsung tried to push into the sleep market.

    FDAhanded out fines of around $500m because they overpromised.

    Healthwatch makers wised up, put in basic claims about sleep disease, and let others(like ResMed) make bolder claims.
