Not trying to be a d**k but equipment would normally be specified for the areas. Like you wouldn't buy a 2wd car and go on the beach with it. And for hoses etc would have a massive range for temperature so that shouldn't be an issue..
My friends have had to still drill when it's pouring rain, hail or shine. Sure they might not punch as many holes out as they would in perfect conditions but they'll still do it.
