1). Approved the investment up to USD 1 million in 50/50 Joint Venture ("JVC") for Oman Operations, in furtherance to "HOA" on 15th March, 2018 entered into between South West Pinnacle Exploration Limited ("South West") with Alara Oman Operations Pty Ltd ("AOOPL"), for providing mineral drilling, exploration, geological services and applying for new Exploration Licenses within Oman and GCC Countries."
