Hi Invstr,
The market attributes a higher valuation to NSR relative to it's peers due in part to the consistency of earnings, market dominance and reasonable yield.
I am buoyed by the fact the company is not in a rush to undertake acquisitions. It strictly applies it's earnings and growth expectations prudently and is capital ready, having raised equity some three months ago now.
Further, NSR's growth profile is very high for a defensive stock.
There's a lot to like about NSR.
