Some relatives of mine owned a decent sized storage unit business in a medium sized NZ city. They decide to retire and sell up. They put the business up for tender and got nearly 40 genuine bids from all over NZ and Aussie plus a couple from elsewhere. Needless to say they were very happy with the result. So on a sample of one this looks like a good business to be in.
NSR is the only game in the storage space industry that folk like us can get into and their numbers seem to stack up as well.
