despite all the claims that the previous exploration update was missed by the market (and wasn't that supposed to be the best announcement ever by the company), because of the change in code, and that the company should re announce the results - well, now the company has provided an update, under the gda code - and no one is interested - just goes to show what a dud report it actually was

trying to extol the virtues of the western shaw leases is a waste of time, because once again, that is pure moose pasture. the company has sat on the leases for ages, and done nothing with them, that is how exciting the leases really are. given the total lack of response to the report, then obviously not many people believe in the rubbish posted about the western shaw leases

the exploration update hinted at a rights issue. no doubt that will need to be done at a steep discount to market, to make it attractive - but hey, this will then be hailed as an easy way to make money. first of all there was the call for "free shares", and then the call will be "cheap shares" - but all with the end result - punters loosing their money

imagine someone who bought 10m of these on a pre-consolidatd basis, and if they were still holding - all the warm fuzzy posts would not be doing him much good, particularly if it was the proceeds of the sale of a house - he probably wishes that he never read one of those warm fuzzy posts. imagine trying to offload them on the market today ?????

if the company had not consolidate, then at least the shaes would still attract some buyers, but now, the trading is a total yawn
