Ha! i thought it was quiet here also.....

i was trading till 11 ish, arguing in general forum till 12 ish...lunch till 1 ish and then working on some quotes while looking at several tickers...not much happening this end today....all nice and relaxed..as usual.

by the way im going to sell that rental....a real estate mate recons he has an investor to buy it.....cant be much of an investor but hes looking to unload some cash apparently...mystifies me...see what develops....probably wants to buy it at a fire sale @ $200k...no chance..

inspecting this saturday so if i get my price and he has cash its a done deal and move on to greener pastures for a bit.

the ASX will be ripe for picking shortly to go long term with quality stocks.

so then i can concentrate on my business and daytrade at will when the market becomes more stable.
