    Agree, they saw potential, but as others have alluded.
    some of the offeriig are shite.
    crap, coffee , pizza , Michael pastrami.
    main thing is nasty leases with weftfield. Ukraine thing is tame compared to some of there lawyers.
    some hope as great structure and leverage but .
    Best to avoid.
