My theory about weaknesses recently is this: this has been range bound but a lot of good stocks have plummeted. Some must weigh up selling this and picking up other more smashed up shares. I have thought about this. At end of day, this stock is stuck unless ACCC is resolved. The sooner the better. A fine is a one-off expense - even at $30m it is not company killing. Until then it will drift with the tide.
