folks, what would happen if this is 'taken private'? i have not been able to find much of an explanation out on the web, only stuff mentioned on HC that a price is determined by someone apart from the market and then everybody has to sell their shares at that price (sortof an other-the-counter arrangement). i thought there were plenty of unlisted companies out there, that an unofficial market develops where prices are negotiated between parties.
i can handle the latter, but the former kinda scares me off
