Want to name them and some details such as: their time to production, if they have developed process metallurgy, is there a bankable feasibility study and what's the timeline and certainty of go-ahead?
Seems to me you're using a significant advantage Lynas has (the Sojitz deal financed by the Japanese govt) as an argument against their viability!
Lynas are ready, these others are currently plans.
Sure, some of those deals may go ahead, if there is a supply gap not filled by Lynas (and maybe Moly).
It won't be soon if it does happen.
