I called the company a couple of weeks ago to get an update on when (if) the prospectus was going to be lodged with ASIC. In short they are still working through the necessary steps/documentation in order to finalise the preparation of the documentation for lodgement to the regulatory authorities being ASIC and ASX.

I also asked about how the raising of the necessary capital was progressing, whilst tight lipped they did mention they are speaking to a number of interested parties. I suppose whilst I was hoping for more information that's all they could say.
