I think that is exactly what is happening. Everyone is happily sitting in their espective camps.

Although like I have said before. Dont be surprised to see the report released at the last minute. There is no reason for RS to finish the report early. They will take all the time they have. Especially three to four more days.

Have to dot the i's and cross the t's.

Having said that if it released tonight - then party time.
