Hold what you can until the markets regain liquidity (I think the common sense is there but those with it have no money to buy).
Who knows how long it will take for the markets to recover.
I would like to be able to say that when production starts and ramps up then the company will be judged as a producer but even that has made no difference to some other oilers trading on a very low PE (BPT as mentioned above, SAE, and especially CVN (with PE about 1 and huge reserves).
With a two year timeframe you may well get $2-$3 per share, assuming the Yanks don't come up with some other disastrous mismanagement of something else to further corrupt the world economy in the meantime.
