If there is no counter offer until March, i'm pretty sure the 30 cent MMK offer is going to be accepted by more than 75% of the shareholders.
The shareholder structure is changing significantly at the moment. The big arbitrage-traders buying at 27-28 cents won't say No to this deal in March.
Most dissapointed shareholders will leave the fms boat until March or are going to get cold feet and won't vote.
Have been so in many controversial discussed takeovers in the past.
