I'd be expecting the ANN's to be execution of the DOCA plus the statutory requirements around issue of shares, notification of substantial holdings, change of directors etc, which isn't a huge amount of work. Once these are done I can't see any impediments to re-listing(??). Friday I think is still realistic and if not Friday, it won't be too far away.
