Mr Boyd was in the creditors' meeting. He was hired by ECM to become CEO in ERJ and then resigned on the date of voluntary administration. I guess that Mr Boyd will be appointed as CEO of reborn ERJ. One of the resolutions in the notice of meeting could be the appointment of new directors.
