That sounds right to me Serena, although the timing of the private placements is something I have no experience with or visibility of. I'd think that it would have to be spelt out in the meeting for the shareholders to approve, along with proposed Board members, significant holdings and interested parties, timings of key events wouldn't it?

If they don't they'd then have to be flooding the ASX with announcements as soon as they list, to declare who the big holders are, Board members, exec remuneration - so it'd be easier to knock as much of that over as they could at one time.
