    After reading the IPO paper i found out that ABR dont own the property. GSC whereas owns its Rhyolite Ridge Lithium-Boron Project by 100%.
    Thats probably one point that makes the smart money wary about ABR and why the shareprice isnt much higher??

    If i understand the last phrase correct they have to be in production by october 2021. Otherwise Elementis could terminate the deal!?
