Warnie ..gives very good advice here , as I learnt .
Never keep it all with one lender , they then hold the cards and control . Its important to spread , exactly as Warnie points out , and control all your own assetts , I learnt this a while ago on a LOC from the wonderful CBA .
It wont happen again , It also makes this easier when addressing results at the end of the financial year .
