Agreed re the Nick's mindset - not just ignorance by trustees, that's for sure
Rather than being dangerous, a bank financed instalment warrant is inherently conservative given the 65% gearing level and the bank doing their own risk assessment of the client's capacity to repay - hopefully a few cowboys pushing the envelope too far don't spoil it for the legitimate long term investors
Re zero running costs, I found the figures reported by Nick last year quite absurd where he quoted costs in the order of up to 10% - I'd like to see the sample used
